1993 is when I started working as a Direct support staff with adults and Kids, through these past 30 years I have been a Payee supervisor, Program manger for a Residential provider, and in employment services.  In January of 2021 I started True North Employment solutions.  True North has been a dream of mine for the past 10 years, I really wanted a company that was Truly Person centered. 

I have a favorite quote “do what you got to do before you do what you want to do” this quote has served me well in my life.

I really enjoy live sporting events, football, hockey, baseball, basketball. But my favorite must be NFL football and the Minnesota Vikings.
